Wake up at Lake Biel
When the first rays of sunshine shine across Lake Biel and the island slowly awakens, we invite you to enjoy a delicious breakfast. With a view of the sparkling water or surrounded by historic buildings, enjoy fresh bread, regional specialties, and homemade delights.

All of our sausages come exclusively from the Hämmerli butcher shop in Ins, which produces them specifically for us. We source our cheese from dairies in Nods and Moléson, and our eggs come from the Schumacher organic farm right next door. For guests with dietary restrictions, we also offer gluten-free rolls and muesli, as well as lactose-free dairy products.
Day guests who are not staying at the hotel are also welcome to enjoy our island breakfast (CHF 29 per person).
Breakfast is served daily between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
