Questions & Answers
The “Hotel Exclusive” package includes overnight stays in our 20 hotel rooms, with breakfast included.
During the exclusive period, we do not accept any other hotel guests. The entire hotel is therefore reserved exclusively for your group—from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the following day.
The breakfast buffet is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Our hotel has a total of 20 guest rooms, including 2 single rooms and 5 suites, each of which can accommodate 3–4 people.
If your group needs more accommodations, we partner with the Schumacher Organic Farm on St. Peter’s Island. There, up to 15 additional guests can stay overnight on straw beds.
For additional guests, we can also arrange transfers to nearby hotels. Depending on your needs, our hotel bus or taxi boat is available for this purpose.
St. Peter’s Island is a nature reserve, which is why it is not possible to travel there by private car.
For groups, we recommend traveling on the regular BSG ferry service. Groups of more than 10 people must register in advance and will receive a discounted group rate. To register, you can contact the BSG directly at the following email address: [email protected].
Both the BSG and Käpt’n Oli offer various options for overnight transfers. To make a reservation, please contact the respective providers directly: [email protected] [email protected]
After 11:00 p.m., the party may no longer take place outdoors. Indoors, the party may continue without any time restrictions. Starting at 12:30 a.m., a flat fee of CHF 280 per hour or portion thereof will be charged for extending the party.
We offer our Gothic Room as a seminar room for groups of up to 30 people. The basic equipment includes: a projector, screen, notepads, flip charts, a bulletin board, and a presentation kit.
Upon request, we can also set up a second room for up to 20 people in a banquet room. This room is particularly well-suited for group work and workshops. A projector is not provided as standard, but can be arranged upon request.
We offer vegetarian and vegan options and can also accommodate allergies, food intolerances, and special dietary needs.
Please let us know about any such requests at least 14 days before the event so that we can prepare the menus accordingly.
Yes, external service providers—such as florists, DJs, hairdressers, or photographers—are generally permitted to come to St. Peter’s Island and provide services for your event.
However, service providers offering catering or food and beverage services are not permitted in our hotel.
For your event, we can issue a vehicle permit for external service providers.
Yes, of course. We work with a florist who regularly handles the decorations for events at our hotel.
She has a permit to drive on St. Peter’s Island and can deliver the flowers and decorations directly to us and set them up on site: Blumenbutik
